Pecorino Romano

<p>Pecorino Romano literally means sheep's cheese from Rome and has its origins in the city of the same name. Pecorino cheese has a strong taste and is therefore used as an alternative to Parmesan cheese, but unlike Parmesan cheese, Pecorino cheese is not made from cow's milk but from sheep's milk.<
