Weydeland 35+ Young Matured has matured for 8 weeks in our cheese warehouse. This creamy, mild cheese contains approximately 35% less fat than the 48+ variant. A delicious soft cheese, prepared by CONO Cheesemakers from Midden-Beemster. The fresh meadow milk from North Holland cows is the basis for a creamy cheese. Enjoy delicious cheese with less fat!
Since 2021, the cows of the CONO Kaasmakers have been eating GMO-free concentrates. This means that the concentrate does not contain any genetically modified substances. 80% of the concentrates come directly from the region and in this way we pay attention to people, animals and the environment.
