1. Shipping costs
1.1 The shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands are €4.75. Shipping costs are free for orders above €40.
1.2 For shipments to other countries within the EU, shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
2. Delivery time
2.1 We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day of receipt of payment.
2.2 Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and the availability of the products. The customer will receive an email with a track & trace code once the order has been shipped.
3. Delivery
3.1 Orders are delivered by a recognized courier service. Delivery takes place at the address specified by the customer.
3.2 If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, the package can be delivered to the neighbors or a new delivery appointment will be made.
4. Damage and Loss
4.1 The customer must check the products for any damage upon receipt. If there is damage or loss, the customer must report this within 48 hours of receipt via [email protected].
4.2 The webshop is responsible for the products until the moment of delivery. If products are damaged or lost during shipping, the webshop will provide a suitable solution, such as replacement or refund.
Return Policy
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning.
To use this right, you can contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
