The Ernesto Portstroop is a crude port reduction with, after Ruby Port, the most important ingredient at the time. The port, herbs and spices are slowly roasted with each other until the perfect taste is achieved.
The warm tones of timbale and cinnamon are in harmony with the scent of the incense port. The different peppers and citrus provide the contrast.
Due to the sturdy structure the product is suitable for fixed plate art. The boards look great straight away, just to add a little extra flavor. The perfect viscosity is achieved at 18 degrees Celsius. Thanks to inventive technology, the port tension maintains the desired color and strength, thereby ensuring the quality of each coil.
