    The Kleine Hope dairy farm is run daily by Kees and Dikkie van Ginkel. This farm has been an agricultural business with cows since 1957. In 2000, Kees and Dikkie took over the business from Kees' parents. They continued the business with 40 cows. At the end of 2000, they started our Farm Shop to sell our artisanal products.

    Kees ensures that the cows are milked twice a day. Kees and Dikkie use part of this to prepare our products; the rest is collected by a tanker and taken to the dairy. Our cows spend a large part of the year outside. In the winter, they are in the stable. To ensure that they also have food in the winter, Kees ensures that a winter supply is created in the summer. The cows mainly eat grass and corn.
