The Mont Vélan Raclette cheese is a delicious cheese from Switzerland. A delicious mountain cheese made from pasteurized milk with very good melting properties. Easy to divide into thick slices to melt in a raclette pan.
We cut the slices ourselves and vacuum pack them per 2 pieces.
Tip: use the raclette cheese and then melt it. Pour the melted cheese over various vegetables, pizzas, sandwiches or nachos for more flavor.
